By accessing or using Smart360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Smart360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Smart360 offers both free trial and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain all rights to the data you input into Smart360. We will not sell, distribute, or disclose your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Smart360 is not liable for any loss of data.
You may not use the Service:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smart360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
In no event shall Smart360, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
